Color: dark copper, oloroso.
Nose: dried fruit, chocolate, caramel, baked apples, brown sugar, floral notes.
Palate: sweet, peppery, spicey, smooth, clean, and cereal.
Finish: spicey, smooth, long, subtle dried fruit and chocolate.
Short comment: Like Jimmy Durante with a great nose, but less than great taste; Enjoyable; Pleasant; Enjoyable, but not complex; Wonderful nose with flavor to match; A little water opens it up nicely.
