Nut amontillado, butterscotch, vanilla, floral, caramel, spice, and citrus.
Flavor
Butterscotch, vanilla, nutty, spicey, toffee, light peat, oily, and hint of wood.
Finish
Peppery, lingering, slow, malt, chocolate, and tangy.
Brief Comment
Complex and balanced, liquid candy, refined, enjoyable.

This was the last meeting for Aaron who is moving back East to Boston to work in the biotechnology field.  He will be sorely missed.

Aaron was kind enough to share several precious spirits with the group.  It was a meeting to remember!
