Since St. Patrick's day was on Monday, we decided to break from the single malt scotches for one meeting and see what the Irish had to bring.  We first tasted Jameson 18, but frankly everyone concluded that Knappogue 1995 had more character.
Color -          Light yellow.
Nose
-          Cherries, nuts, dried fruit, floral, and slightly musty.
Flavor
-        Oranges, salt, oak, oily.
Finish
-         Complex with spice, nut, wood, and sweet overtones.

-   Surprisingly good... coming from scotch fans.
