Honey, spice, wood and light smoke.

Lingering, heather, tanginess.

Nose - Clean with subtle honey sweetness with hint of sherry balanced by smoke and peat.
Flavor - Long, lingering, spicy and woody with a delayed peak.
Finish - Pleasant spicy character with subtle presence of heather and smoke.
Comment - A teasingly spicy/sweet single malt which would go well with desert.
