Second tasting: Oban 14

We met at Clark's home in the front room with a toasty fire and window view of the snow storm.  We all anxiously awaited the arrival of Aaron, especially since he was transporting the evening's scotch selection.  He arrived a tad late due to incorrect directions provided by an online mapping service.

Craig brought a rented DVD entitled "Great Scotch Whisky".  It contained wonderful scenery, historical summaries,  and information on various distilleries.  He rented it from Blockbuster Videos.

After enjoying the Glenlivet, we enjoyed some treats, then sat down to asses Oban 14.  Before we left, Clark offered a wee taste of one of his favorites, Talisker 18.

Our next meeting will be held at Edith's home.    We are considering Cardhu, Balvenie, or Glenfarclis.
