Nose
Complex with leather, earthy tones, orange blossom, honey, apples and pears.
Flavor
Medium bodied, oily, toasty, creamed sherry.
Finish
Short-lived with a quick burst of pepper and rapid fade.
Brief Comment
Promising nose, complex flavor, but an unfulfilling finish.

Our second tasting of the evening was Glenkinchie 10 which will be officially evaluated at a future meeting.  Everyone seemed to enjoy it very much.
